HMT and Supratec have jointly developed and commercialized this new and most competitive pressurized module for wide range of applications with the highest solid tolerance, highest recovery and fluxes. The membranes are manufactured in the state of the art and automated facilities located in Simmern/hunsrueck, Germany.

The product is made of proprietary polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultra-filtration membrane with a nominal pore size of 0.04 µm. This high-flux membrane is used for water and wastewater treatment in municipal and industrial applications.

The membranes are made of strong and durable hollow fibers without any breakage and are available in different configurations and designs and may be customized to meet customer requirements.

The membranes used in this product have exceptionally high sustainable fluxes requiring less membrane installed than other competitors.

Applicable to Wide Range of Feed Water Quality

This Ultra-filtration Module utilizes the strongest fiber in the industry with outside-in filtration. Due to its unique design for solid removal, this module has the highest solid tolerances than any other pressurized module making it possible to filter any type of water.

Easy To Clean

This hollow fiber product is manufactured with proprietary hydrophilic PVDF membranes with anti-fouling characteristics. This membrane is stable, flexible, and easy to clean.

Compact and Higher Efficiency

This product has very high effective filtration area in a very compact module resulting in high module intensity. This combined with highly engineered rack design offer very compact solution. Due to its high solid tolerance, minimal pretreatment is required and coagulant can be dosed directly on the membranes.
