Immersed Hollow Fiber Cassette

HMT and Supratec have jointly developed and commercialized the most advanced immersed ultra-filtration membrane products for MBR and high solid applications. This reinforced hollow fiber membrane cassette has the highest packing density, backwash-able, and the lowest specific air scour requirement (as low as 0.08 N Nm³/h/m²).

The product is made of proprietary polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) ultra-filtration membrane with a nominal pore size of 0.04 µm. The membranes are manufactured in the state of the art and automated facilities located in Simmern/hunsrueck, Germany.

The membranes are made of strong and durable hollow fibers without any breakage and are available in different configurations and designs and may be customized to meet customer requirements.
